Terms and License

These Terms govern the use of MBOX Browser: the website at https://mbox.easylifepoland.com/ (the “Website”), the free web app (the “Free App”) and the downloadable MBOX Browser Pro (“Pro”). Together, the Free App and Pro are the “App”.

1. Who we are

The App and the Website are provided by Easy Life sp. z o.o., ul. Hoża 51, 00-681 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000716356 · NIP 1182164729 · REGON 369376133. EasyLife Studio is a trading name of Easy Life sp. z o.o.. Contact: mbox@easylifepoland.com.

2. The Free App

The Free App is available at no charge and without an account. It runs in your browser and opens files on your own device. We may improve, change or discontinue features of the Free App at any time. Such changes do not affect copies of Pro you have already bought.

3. Buying Pro

Pro is sold through Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Gumroad processes the payment, charges applicable taxes and delivers the download, under its own terms. The price is shown before you pay and includes the taxes Gumroad is required to collect. After payment you receive a download link by email.

14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro is not right for you, write to mbox@easylifepoland.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price, without having to give a reason.

If you are a consumer, you also have the rights granted to you by mandatory law, which these Terms do not limit.

4. Pro license

When your payment is complete, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use MBOX Browser Pro, version 1.x, on these terms:

All 1.x updates are free for buyers of Pro. We are not obliged to release updates or new versions. A future major version may be offered separately; your 1.x license remains valid.

5. Your files

The App opens and reads files on your device and does not change the original files. You are responsible for having the right to open and process the email archives you use with the App, for example when they contain other people’s data or belong to your employer. Please keep your own backups of important data.

6. Warranty and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the App working correctly with common mailbox formats. Email archives vary widely, and we cannot guarantee that every file or message will be displayed perfectly. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of data or loss of profit, and our total liability in connection with Pro is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional damage.

7. Intellectual property

The App, the Website and their text, graphics, branding and code are owned by Easy Life sp. z o.o. and protected by law. Except for the license in section 4, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Support and complaints

Questions and complaints may be sent to mbox@easylifepoland.com. Please describe the problem and, if possible, the browser and system you use. We respond to complaints within 14 days.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, our business or applicable requirements change. The current version and its date are always available on this page. Changes do not reduce the rights under a license you have already bought.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive consumers of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they live. Disputes are heard by the courts competent under applicable law.
